Our traditional hog roast included a whole orchard-fed pig, seasoned and slow-roasted in our special machines for six hours until ready to carve and serve.

The hog roast was served to guests complete with scrumptious crackling, roasted potatoes (which had been cooked in the juices of the suckling pig for the ultimate flavour) and two sides of the client’s choice.
