This is perfect for festive bashes, serving an orchard-fed whole hog which has been slow-cooked to perfection in our specialist roasting machines.

We’re thrilled to report the corporate hog roast party was a total success. This was the first time the company had opted for external caterers, saving them time and stress while ensuring a delicious feast was had by all.

We arrived at their offices early to get started, slow-cooking the meat for six hours until it was ready to fall apart with ease while providing the ultimate crispy crackling. Served in fresh bread rolls with our signature apple sauce, our hog roast came with sides chosen by the client. This included garlic and rosemary roasties cooked in the juices of the hog, a zesty coleslaw and a pasta salad.
