THE EVENT – A yearly BBQ treat for staff and families

For this event, we provided our corporate catering services for 60 people at the annual company BBQ for staff and their loved ones. While our clients were blessed with beautiful sunny weather for the event, we also had an outdoor canopy to prepare for all eventualities.

THE MENU – A traditional lamb spit roast and BBQ platters

Our clients loved the idea of a delicious spit roast menu and BBQ platters for guests, and there were lots of treats to consider. After much consideration, the company chose a traditional lamb spit roast package with all the trimmings, as well as some options from our gourmet BBQ menus.

THE RESULTS – A BBQ lamb roast feast to remember

We’re delighted to say that the company’s BBQ party catering was a complete success. This was the first time our clients had hired professional BBQ chefs to cook for their yearly event, saving them time and hassle, and they were very glad they did.

We used salt marsh lamb for the spit roast, studded with rosemary and garlic, before slow-cooking for several hours for the most tender meat. The lamb was served in fresh bread rolls with a minty yoghurt dressing, plus sides of crispy roast potatoes and a zesty slaw. Our client also chose a scrummy BBQ menu, from classic pork sausages and vibrant salads to mixed vegetable and halloumi skewers.

We had excellent feedback about our corporate catering team, complimenting the quality of the food and friendly service, with the business vowing to use us again next year.
